I’ve been going to NS Secret Salon for years now, they know how picky I am about my hair, yet every time they give me the exact style that I have in mind. Never disappointed me… Appointments are easy to make, prices are reasonable and the service is very professional. Definitely recommend them 😊

I paid $120 to book the appointment but the red carpet I was supposed to walk was postponed due to writer strike, when I spoke to them they told me no worries that when I have a new date we could just book again, so for my surprise when I contacted them again they told me they couldn’t allow me to use that money I sent them because the time has passed for too long. They knew why I had to postpone due to writer strike and now they told me they can not refund me and either I can use it again. If I want to use them I would need to pay the money again?!??!? Like what?????? They told me it would be okay and then when I contacted them again they told me I have to pay????? If they told me their policy when I asked to postpone then I would probably have asked my money back at that time or use it for something else. Now we have a new date for the Emmys so I will just use another place, lost a good customer!
