Had Carlos install a ceiling fan that I had purchased and got no static about supplying my own unit. He had it up and running with no issues and was clear about the cost for the install. He even checked out an issue with my thermostat even though that was not scheduled. I appreciated his great work and will definitely use his service again!

We have a rental that was having some lights flickering and appliances suddenly losing power. I was unhappy with the diagnosis and quote that I had gotten with another company. I used this app to request a diagnosis and quote, and got an immediate response from Carlos at Nova Electric. Upon submitting pictures, Carlos gave me a very fair quote. He was able to meet me onsite to take a look at the panel and determined right away that I did not need to replace the panel, only the breakers, unlike the previous company, which saved me a substantial amount of money.
