- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we ask for details to get the quotes correct. We need to know if the event is indoors or outdoors, where the event will be held (paid venue or residence). For the photo booth we can provide a quote after this process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated, Simeon has over 40 years of video and lighting experience. This is a direct benefit to the photo booth needs. Clarece has been taking a number of workshops and trainings in balloon decor for over 2 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I (clarece) started doing party decorations and planning for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. That work intensified after my daughter’s first birthday. There were so many things I didn’t even think about needing for the party that I’ve learned since then. I’m dedicated to helping others celebrate with less stress. My husband is a video professional by trade. This experience helps him know and understand how best to light people and how to work with the tech needed for the best photo booth experience. Plus he loves people! This is what led us to get into the events business.
