Our pricing is customized to each project’s structural needs—no one-size-fits-all estimates. We provide free, on-site foundation inspections across Los Angeles and Orange County, followed by a detailed, transparent quote. We also offer flexible financing options and partner with Earthquake Brace + Bolt to help homeowners save on seismic retrofits and earthquake upgrades. Every quote is designed to fit your home, your budget, and your long-term peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a comprehensive foundation evaluation from one of our trained Design Specialists. We’ll listen to your concerns, examine cracks, uneven concrete, or crawl space moisture, and explain the underlying cause. Then we’ll present a custom repair plan—whether that involves foundation stabilization, concrete leveling with PolyLevel®, or crawl space encapsulation. Once approved, our licensed crews handle everything from start to finish, leaving your property clean, safe, and fully restored.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Saber’s team combines decades of field experience with advanced Supportworks® training—the national leader in foundation and concrete repair technology. Each specialist and installer completes hands-on certification in foundation piering, seismic retrofitting, crawl space moisture control, and concrete lifting. As a certified Earthquake Brace + Bolt provider, we stay current with California’s latest seismic safety standards and repair innovations.
