I had a problem with my HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401n printer. Printing one page wasn't a problem. However when I printed multiple pages, the print job would result in a paper jam. I went online looking for someone who could fix the problem. Luckily, I found Mr. Monico Parada. I first spoke to Monico on the phone. He listened to my problem and he gave me several indications that he knew what was causing my problem. Monico showed up today at my home office. He runs a busy schedule and he kept me informed that he was running late. (Basically, he arrived just a few minutes past his original time estimate.) I appreciated Monico's professionalism, quality of work and his pleasant demeanor. Since he was servicing the printer in my home office, he worked efficiently in my little office while carrying an enjoyable conversation with me. From what Monico told me, he has been working on printers for decades and his knowledge of printers is extensive. Bottom line: Monico quickly assessed my problem. He cleaned a part that was causing the jam. Additionally, he replaced a part. All this was done at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mr. Parada. -Gary G. (Happy Customer)
