Customers should know that we are transparent and upfront about our pricing structure. We don't have hidden costs or surprise charges. We discuss pricing early, explain the reason for any price changes. We have price list for over 10 plumbing service categories and each category has their type of plumbing service/job prices. We created this price list by using special formula best on today's market value, business expenses and business profit. ADDITIOAL! Customer should know that Thumbtack charges from Pros for each lead and booking and we are adding that X amount on top of our prices as a business expense or as an overhead.
