I received my yoga training in India from the amazing Yogi Dinesh! I currently teach a variety of styles and classes; Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Stretching Yoga, Power Yoga, Gentle/Restorative Yoga, Meditation/Relaxation, Mindfulness Classes and Adaptive Yoga for special needs. I really enjoy helping my students understand the proper positioning in order to reduce injuries. I love what I do!
