Gilberto has been a steady person. Helpful in understand the pool chemical balance and offering ideas to keep it clean. Also, worked around our hardware issues and recommended a new filter for purchase (and then installed it)

Gilberto was very responsive to my request and came out on time. He immediately took the test kits out and evaluated the water, then went right work on what was needed. He put the chlorine in the water and said there was not enough to help the other chemicals. It was in a way I could understand. I appreciated the fact that he wanted to see the chemicals I was using and let me know what I needed to include to help the water. We set up a monthly maintenance schedule so he could continue to evaluate the water during the summer.
