Search on thumbtack to remove a popcorn ceiling and retexture, 1st Choice remodeling's all 5 star review (out of 20+) caught my eye. Georgie contacted me almost immediately with a straightforward pricing and availability in few days. Given the all 5-star review, I went ahead and was very impressed with the work, the responsiveness, and value we get. The team let us leave some heavy furniture in the property which is a big help. They also cleaned up very well afterward, not just inside, but also the walkway and porch. We also ask him to install recess lights since we are re-texture the ceiling. Had few minor issues and Georgie came quickly to address all of them. Georgie and team went above and beyond on our project, very happy we get them to do the work. Will definitely recommend.
