The estimator scheduled time to visit immediately after I reached out. He was thorough and spent slot of time in the attic and in crawl space taking pics of all the insulation that had fallen down due to a terrible rat infestation we didn’t know we had. He gave us a thorough estimate on the spot, followed up with a written quote the following day. We had the date to do the work on site within another few days and the crew showed up on time. They pulled an entire box truck filled up with our old insulation, patched up the holes where rats were entering, disinfected the crawlspace and replaced everything in 1 day. Great success.
