Maribel did a really great job cleaning our house. She went extra mile by cleaning a lot of easily neglected areas and also made my kitchen sink stain free without even me asking for it.

Pros: They really did a great job cleaning the apartment. Very thorough and hardworking. I also had to cancel our prior appointment and they were very accommodating even though it was very last minute, which I really appreciated. Cons: I really hate to write a bad review for small businesses, but I’ve had previous bad experiences being swindled and it unfortunately happened again. When it came time for the payment, I confirmed the estimated amount, and they told me it was $50 extra. I asked why and showed them our conversation on Thumbtack, and they said that their initial estimate was for 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom… not including the kitchen and living room. It’s my rookie mistake for not confirming the estimate before services were rendered, but imagine my shock when I was told this. Who gets just their bedroom and bathroom cleaned. Just a heads up to potential customers- confirm the price beforehand.
