I got approached by this contractor for a window installation project. They gave me a quote about 2 to 3 times higher than the other 5 quotes I got from Thumbtack and claimed that they are not charity. Yeah they were thinking doing me a favor. I asked to stop text me but they kept insulting me on text. Sorry for them.

Apologies for any misunderstanding. Be careful with this person his asking to do the job without using a city inspector. He try to avoid county laws and regulations and is not good for our community, we can not work with this type of persons who try avoid the laws because requires structural labor that means architecture plans. But this person want us to convince to do it without it. Now he try to make us looks bad to our community. We have not 1 starts any where except for this person he is clamming on us I have nothing to do with this unlawful person. ill say beware of it.
