They helped me with my design for my remodel. Came up with some great ideas on layout to make best use of the space! Communication was great as well as sticking to the timeline they proposed. Cant post pics yet as I am picking up permit on Monday to start the remodel.

My project involved special complications as I wanted to legalize a part of my house which was built without necessary city permits before I bought the house. The zHeight Team helped me understand the process of legalization with the city. While the process was complex, they were able to not only deliver high-quality house plans for submissions but also help me navigate the process. They went out of their way to research engineering requirements from the city and helped me get the permits at a very reasonable price without the need to hire an engineer separately.
