Frist and upmost Jorge and his partner were outstanding and very professional. I worked 38 years with a big box retailer as a General Manager and customer service was our main priority. Jorge was all that and more. I was trying to find someone to move my father in law's pool table who had passed away, from Pomona Ca to Fontana Ca. And take to my brother in laws house. Wow I can't beleave how smooth this took place. Jorge is a hard working man and very professional operator. This will make me look for him in my next move. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will advise how much space is needed to play billiards. Normally the customer will have an idea where they want to have their billiards table set up. Once placement is decided some people want chat with me others leave me to continue working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years experience in manufacturing, selling, installing, and maintenance of Billiard tables.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off working at the manufacturing warehouse building the billiard tables.
