Introduction
We provide all-level group classes (10 max) on reformer and wunda chair equipment, as well as one-on-one personal instruction. Our studio is air conditioned, and we play great music to increase the upbeat experience.
We have packages to meet every pocket book and can accommodate bridal parties or private sessions at your hotel or home, offering mat Pilates instruction. Even if you've never tried Pilates, this is the place to start. We pride ourselves with being able to guide the novice or advanced student in a challenging experience at their level.
All our instructors are certified and are required to keep their continuing education units current. Once you've tried our no-nonsense workout, you'll want to come back for more!
We have plenty of free parking and are centrally located in Palm Springs, California.
This is not your average Pilates.
