1. How much do you charge for your services? My rate is $35 per hour for my time and expertise. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

(15 min free consultation) additional consultation is $35.00 up to 1 hour. 2. Menu Planning: Based on our discussion, I create a customized menu tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements. This is shared with you for review and approval. 3. Cost Estimate: I provide an estimate that includes my hourly rate ($35 per hour), the projected cost of food, and any additional fees (e.g., travel or special requests). 4. Booking Confirmation: Once we finalize the details, I request a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. 5. Shopping for Ingredients: Before your scheduled service, I personally shop for the freshest ingredients needed for your customized menu. 6. Cooking and Preparation: On the day of the service, I arrive at your location to prepare and cook your meal, ensuring everything is made fresh and to your specifications. 7. Serving and Presentation: Depending on the service, I can plate and serve the dishes, or prepare them for a buffet-style setup. 8. Final Payment: The remaining balance (including the final cost of food) is due upon arrival prior to the service. 10.
