- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer online training classes for Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ask about my quantity discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I typically teach the basics of the application to my clients to build a good foundation, and I adjust the speed of the training class based on the client's learning pace and level of knowledge of that specific application.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications since they were first introduced. I use them extensively in my training service and I have taught many people and businesses over the years how to become proficient in using these applications. I use Microsoft Word to create letters, forms, mailing labels, and marketing materials. I used Microsoft Excel to create budgets, financial statements, and sales forecasting. I use Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations for sales and marketing. I use Microsoft Outlook to consolidate my personal and business email accounts, streamline my email process which allows me to maintain Inbox Zero.
