- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Typically new clients choose training sessions in 6, 12 or 20 sessions, either 30 , 45 or 60 minutes each. This is a savings benefit depending on ones preference. My rate sheet is available on request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a personal trainer, I offer an evaluation and consultation with my new clients to begin. Basic health history and body composition measurements are done to help me determine the proper steps and goals that are of concern. I will do some general movement and light fitness assessments as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Personal Training Institute, American College of Sports Medicine and the American Senior Fitness Association, has educated me to help me be prepared for all level of clients.
