Ann presented the keynote address on "Overcoming Overload" to the participants at our University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire professional development day. It was a spot on message and was presented in a professional and approachable way. Not only was the message understandable but she gave specific challenges to those present that they could take away and put into practice to improve both professional and personal lives. The keynote address is our first event of the day and the humor and motivational boost that Ann provided was an excellent way to start the day and set us up for a very successful event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to offer an all-inclusive fee. I do not like to charge extra for travel, meals, etc. If I am in the area already, I will offer discounts. I also offer discounts for repeat business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many customers are ready to book with an email confirmation while others like to set up conference calls to go through all the details. Once everything is confirmed, I write a confirmation that includes my invoice, w-9 form, photo and 100-word bio for introductions. I also help promote the event through my social media outlets, if the customer is looking for additional attendees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a television news anchor/reporter for more than 15 years. Doing seminars and emceeing events was part of my job. I went out on my own in 2007 after going through executive coach training with CoachU.
