Dean was the perfect choice for my son's party. He's a very professional and amazing Magician and he is awesome with the kids - all 16 of them. My son said it was the highlight of the party. It was a pleasure dealing with Dean. He's a great entertainer. I recommend him highly.

Dean was AMAZING. Holy toledo. Could not have been more blown away. We did have quotes from five magicians and Dean's site seemed to have the most interactive pieces with close up, which is what we wanted. We had him do close up magic at our wedding and, I'm not exaggerating, someone FELL OUT OF THEIR CHAIR because he was so astounded by the illusions Dean had. It was pretty awesome. He went table to table and everyone absolutely fell in love with him. He was so kind and made everyone incredibly happy. He was super low maintenance- had great communication and we did not have any issues. I would absolutely hire him again if we have an excuse to- he made our party so great!

Dean and Debbie were amazing! They came very prepared for the party (even dressed in the theme which is a time period party and they looked stunning!). Their magic awed my guests and their charm just appealed to everyone. I was amazed by the tricks Dean did. He is a fantastic magician and I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing magician.

Dean and his wife drove from Palm Springs to perform at my son's 9th birthday party in San Diego. They arrived on time and are such lovely people. The children, all age 7 & 8, enjoyed the show but we're not impressed, as I had hoped. For the money, we were disappointed. I was surprised that Dean had a 5 star rating and that was misleading. Its not hard to fool young kids so their less than enthusiastic feedback (which I agree with) made me realize I must post an honest review. As a magician, Dean needs to polish his act if he is going to charge the money he does. He seemed visibly nervous and sweaty and it was hard to watch at times. A very nice guy but I was expecting a much better performance. The other parents agreed that it was disappointing

Yesterday, I joined a party event at Chinese Community Church, they hired Dean and his lovely wife Debbie as magician at the event. I can't say how much happiness that this wonderful vender bring to the guest and family. Some kids were little shy but Debbie use her sweetness to make them feel so comfortable, she bring the toys to make the children so happy. Dean magic show is so fantastic, every guest was so surprised at how he can make the magic happen, and everybody had a lots of fun. Before the big show, Dean make sure go to each table to performance the small show since we had a lots of old people there. He bring the happiness to the people and everybody is so happy. Overall we had a great experience with Dean and Debbie and would highly recommend her business to friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Approximately $350-500 for a child's birthday party- making the birthday child the star of the show with an appearing birthday cake out of nowhere, interactive comedy magic with the guests, the World Famous Houdini Escape Challenge with option of Appearing Guest of honor out of nowhere, a wrapped magic birthday present & teaching a magic trick afterward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in Theater Acting, I currently attend the International Brotherhood of Magicians meetings twice a month where we have workshops featuring some of the worlds top magicians teaching new magic. Once a month meetings at The Magic Castle in Hollywood with a private group of magicians has been very rewarding also. The Multiple Awards at the ACTV International Stage Competition in Las Vegas as well as the prestigious Pacific Coast Assoc. of Magicians, the performances on the Celebrities of Magic and America’s Got Talent and the Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip have been wonderful as well!
