I found out my tenant's water heater wasn't working around 10 am on a Saturday morning. Next Level was there by 2 pm and by 3pm a new one was installed up and working. Can't beat the time response and the quality was excellent. I've never in my 10 years of owning my building had such a short response time and such a nice tech-Ruben. I'll be using them in the future for sure and found out they can do all kinds of repairs besides plumbing. It's so hard to find such timely and quality workmanship these days. I'm a very happy customer.

We hired Josh to haul away trash, construction material, old furniture left behind in our garage after a remodel. He also scooped up & hauled away piles of garden rocks and dirt. He was quick and efficient and I will surely hire him again for other handy man type jobs!! Nice hard working young man!!

Joshua was professional yet friendly. He explained what the job entailed and about how long it was going to take. I was missing a part to complete the project, Joshua ran to Home Depot, purchased the part and completed the job. He charged only what the part cost rather than marking it up for profit and keeping it for himself. The price he quoted didn’t change except for the missing part. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, I will call Joshua for the job and tell my friends about his service. Great job!
