I was referred to Avi and Jonathan by a friend, from the first meeting I felt comfortable with him and felt like he really knew his stuff. This is not the first home I’ve built, so I know a thing or two about construction and I was very impressed with Joes experience and knowledge.
I was looking for a level of care and experience that goes beyond the construction itself, Joe really delivered on all my expectations. Building a home can be super stressful and I wanted someone that understood that and would anticipate and handle issues that arise. The process for design and planning took about 6 months (they were very patient with my last minute design adjustments) and the construction was a total of 10 months, for new construction that’s pretty good. Timelines were upheld, communication was excellent, there integration with technology was astounding. The team is a really nice, hardworking and honest group of people which is rare these days, from the design team, to the project management team, to the workers on site, excellence is a word that comes to mind.

The team was very professional and friendly.
They completed the job on time and kept the house clean during the project and after.
