Additionally, we offer a 90-day labor warranty on all of our repair services, which means if you experience the same problem again within 90 days of the repair, we will come back and fix it free of charge. It's important for our customers to know that we do not have any hidden fees or charges, and we always strive to provide the best possible value for our services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer books a diagnosis online with Service & Repair Wolf, the process is straightforward and user-friendly. The customer can visit our website and click on the "Book Now" button to schedule an appointment. Once the customer selects the service they need, they will be prompted to provide information about their appliance and the problem they are experiencing. The customer can also choose the date and time that works best for their schedule. After the customer has provided all the necessary information, they will receive a confirmation email and an appointment reminder. On the day of the appointment, our technician will arrive promptly and begin diagnosing the issue. During the diagnosis, the technician will thoroughly examine the appliance and identify the problem. They will provide a clear and detailed explanation of the issue to the customer, along with an estimate of the repair cost. If the customer agrees to the estimate, the technician will begin the repair process on the spot, if possible. If any parts need to be ordered, the technician will provide an estimated timeline for when they will arrive and when the repair can be completed. Throughout the process, the customer will be kept informed of the progress and any updates.
