Had just the best experience with Inception Moving. We had a massively heavy table (and honestly fairly fragile too) that had to be picked up from a really difficult location and they managed to do it and do a terrific job. They were so responsive, answered all my questions, packed it perfectly, and were just lovely to work with. We're so pleased. They will definitely be the first people we call the next time we have something to move!

I recently hired a moving company to move my belongings across town. The prior company left my couch in the hallway and offered no solutions. I found Inception Moving on Thumbtack and decided to give them a try after reviewing their reviews and submitting photos of my couch to see if the move was possible. They quickly assessed the situation and moved my over sized couch into my new place. They also took the time to set up my couch in my living room. Furthermore, they were punctual, professional, and very honest about the situation. I am very happy I found Inception Moving! I would give them endless stars hands down!! I’ll definitely be referring them to everyone I know!

Reached out to Jimmy and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. He, and his son, arrived right on time and brought extra supplies to ensure that the refrigerator was protected. They were extra careful about walls and I was so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and using their services again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $120 per hour for 2 guys & 1 truck + any protective wrapping materials used.We have a 2 hour minimum Monday thru Friday and 3 hour minimum for on Weekends. We do NOT charge double drive time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal communication, honest pricing, and immediate scheduling
