Fee's are $15.00 per signature for General Notarization + Travel Fee of $0.70 per mile round-trip. TBD by Location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call, I gather information on the type of document(s) needed to be notarized. Does your document require witnesses? Location of signing. Any parking instructions, gate or codes needed? Will there be stairs or elevator? Advising that a valid Driver's License, Government ID or Passport will be required. Clear, clean table to work at with no distractions. Fee's can be paid at time of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 hours of Notary training and a State Exam passed as well as background cleared by the DOJ and FBI. Then Secretary of State of CA issues my commission. The commission expires in 4 years when I need to take a renewal 4 hour training course and update my credentials with a new background check and commission by the Secretary of State. I've also became certified as a notary signing agent with National Notary Association and they also do a background check and they renew once a year. I am also certified with Notary2Pro as a signing agent. Signing agents perform loan signings and real estate closings. Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agents work with Family Law and Estate Planning Attorney's facilitating the signing of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Healthcare Directives, Deeds and other required documents in their plan with their clients.
