The shower door located in my bathroom came completely off the hint it just completely unattached. I opened the door and it just fell off and my heart dropped, because I’m a renter and I had no idea how I was gonna fix this. I initially was going to hire a task rabbit, but the system didn’t give you the option to send a text message or to request a call or to upload photographs of what you needed to be done so that you could see who would reply or who would respond to you. So I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t have no interaction and I would just have to choose someone without really kind of getting into the work I needed to have done. So I created a Thumbtack account on the 26th, and I reached out to four different handyman. And for some reason, there was just something about Gabriel and all of his reviews and the work that he done that made me feel the most confident and selecting him to do the work. So I reached out to him with a message. I attached pictures of what needed to be done. he quoted me the prize and we agreed on a date and time for him to come and fix the shower door. And to be honest, I was a little apprehensive to choose someone from Thumbtack since I had never used the service before, but I did feel complete confidence that he would be able to do the work. He showed up at the right time. I did ask him to give me a call once he arrived that I would come out and meet him to let him in the security gate which he did. And it took him less than one hour to fix it and he did an outstanding job. My 20-year-old son was like mom I could do that if you just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get the screws and I almost was about to do that. But after watching him work and seeing the amount of detail that went into making sure it was going to stay attached and not come loose, there was no way my son and I would have been able to do it to the same standards that he did. In the shower is the original shower from the time these apartments were built, so it had a lot of wear and tear on there and he had to create new holes and new rivets so that it would stay attached and not come loose and I was just so thankful that he went above and beyond and he did such a wonderful job. There are a few other things and touchups that I need around the house and so he was able to take a look at those items, and he will be coming back to do some more work for me. So I can honestly say that I am a satisfied customer And I was able to see a beautiful bathroom remodel that he did and this man is talented. So I am recommending him for any type of work that you need done around your house. Gabriel is the man that can get it done. And he has a very kind and gentle disposition and I am also going to refer him to my landlord so that they can use him to do work on their other properties. So if you’re reading this review Gabriel, I just wanna say thank you so much and it was a pleasure to meet you and I’m looking forward to working with soon to get these other items done around my home.
