Jonathan was very professional and did a great job finding where the mice were getting in our SF house. He filled the gap under the garage door with a metal strip and concrete, placed mesh and filled holes around pipes, and set traps. He’s come back to check the traps he set inside once already and will keep coming back until they are all gone. We got the 2 year guarantee included. Would definitely recommend.

Cruz was very responsive. He made time to come to our place earlier than scheduled. He did a quality work by inspecting the entire house and surroundings to see the entry point for the mouse. He is very knowledgeable and gave us relevant information about how rodents might enter and what signs to look for etc. Since ours was a one-off case where a mouse entered through open garage door there wasn’t a lot to be done.

Cruz was very thorough and helpful in cleaning up the area where the pigeons made a mess. He installed a metal net and also affixed spikes around the area to prevent the pigeons from landing. We've not seen pigeons landing and staying on our property ever since Cruz completed his work. He also rodent proofed our property by covering all holes and putting mouse traps around. Cruz returned twice to check on the traps to make sure there were no mice inside the property. All and all, he did an excellent job! We recommend him highly and already refereed him to our neighbors and friends!!

Cruz is fantastic. He helped us with a number of tasks including hanging some large and awkward art pieces, shelves among other things. He genuinely enjoys working around the house which manifests in the final worm product. Very friendly and knowledgable. You won't go wrong with him.
