Cruz was very responsive. He made time to come to our place earlier than scheduled. He did a quality work by inspecting the entire house and surroundings to see the entry point for the mouse. He is very knowledgeable and gave us relevant information about how rodents might enter and what signs to look for etc. Since ours was a one-off case where a mouse entered through open garage door there wasn’t a lot to be done.

In the last 6 months, I have caught at least 5 mice in my apartment. I was in denial that these mice must get in somewhere in my apartment. Last week, I saw another mouse run across my dining room. I couldn’t deny I had a rodent problem and called Cruz at Do It Right Rodent Proofing. Cruz is very professional and knows what to look for in my apartment. He saw mice came in two places, my front door where mice chewed through the rubber flap at the bottom of the door and the water pipes underneath my bathroom sink. He fixed both of problems in no time. If you have rodent problems, call Cruz and he’ll fix your problems professionally and at a very fair price.
