Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem completely. Only negative was I was not told ahead of time that if I did not do the service that day, I would have to pay more money. We are just renting and wanted to check with the owner first, especially to pay.

Service was great and quick, however overpriced. $350 for diagnostic and to replace a thermostat (less than an hour of work), when others charge around $100 plus parts.
