Ian was great. He arrived on short notice and was able to tune our piano and as a technician, was able to fix some sticky keys and adjust the pedals. He was also able to show us some important points about our piano and was happy and enthusiastic to answer many questions. Ian arrived early and was personable and professional from the start. He explained what he was doing and why. I've had the piano tuned before, but Ian did a much better job. His fee was quite reasonable, even more so considering the time and care he took in tuning the piano.
