- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are transparent. I charge $15 per signature. I charge a travel fee of $35-75. The farther I travel, the higher the fee is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, I will ask what document or documents they would like for me to notarize. I will ask if a patient advocate or ombudsman is necessary, and if so, to please have that person present at the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years experience as a paralegal with litigation and estate planning experience.
