I had dry rot on my fascia board and he removed, replaced, primed and painted the board. He did a great job. He also replaced a toilet seat with a bidet. Also did a great job, done in little time. He has led to translate using his phone but we were able to communicate without difficulty. Fair price! I would use him again.

Nikolai fixed my door handle and my sliding door with the right parts on hand in 28 minutes. He is Russian so he used Google translate, and that worked. I may ask him back to do other work.
