Introduction

We love creating new digital experiences or improving existing ones. Digital design, user experience design, web design, interaction design and usability testing services are all parts of serving our clients online presence and we have decades of experience passionately pleasing clients. We love solving online shopping problems. My team and I (there are only two of us) have been published internationally as doing this work since 1997, when we helped avoid buyer's remorse by offering the first website in history that streamed videos of video games, online, at dial-up Internet speeds, so video gamers could view before they bought. We love solving problems for online shoppers. It comes down to experience, loving what we do, and working hard to do it so well, we make it sound easy: but it's not!

Working with Mike of UX Design was a great and professional experience. I'm a small business owner and really appreciated Mike's very prompt and professional responses and feedback when he helped my business logo come to life. He is a great communicator & we worked back and forth until he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the end product, which I greatly appreciated. After a short amount of time, he finished my logo to my exact liking and it turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend working with UX Design and will contact Mike again for any of my future design needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a project rate unless the client is uncertain and just wants to hire by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I typically ask about the obstacle keeping them from moving forward. I tend to work backwards from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a custom-made Undergraduate degree from American University in Multimedia Design and Development. It's the only one of its kind and I invented it after changing it from a Bachelor of Arts to a Bachelor of Science degree. It took 13 months to get it approved and I rolled the dice and took classes towards it without a guarantee it would ever be approved. It was, and now I have the only one.
