- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for each project is visible in my profile. It is the base price. If the customer wants extra work done and the price changes I will always let them know before scheduling. There will be no surprises. Also, if a price is agreed upon and it takes us longer to complete the job with no fault of the customer, the price will still be the agreed upon price. This happens often as I am very detail oriented.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the customer will contact me and I then answer. We can schedule via text or if they request that I call them we can chat and finish the details talking over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first "professional" work I had in housekeeping was in Colorado at a ski resort. Their level of cleanliness was very high. They put each employee thru a class to learn how to clean efficiently and effectively. What a huge help that class was. I am also OSHA certified. Those two things and my 40 years of on the job training pretty much makes me an expert in the field:)
