- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Go Bears Tutors offers discounts for setting up a recurring weekly session of at least 1-hour per week. Back-To-School early discounts available starting in August. As the new school year progresses our tutor time slots get booked and prices start increasing so make sure you lock in your price now! You are free to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason by using the reminder email you will receive when you book a session or you can email the tutor. An email confirmation will be sent when you successfully cancelled a session. Every Go Bears Tutor has their own notice requirement to cancel a session please see tutor bios for more information. If proper notice was not given a late cancel / no show fee will be asses that must be paid before scheduling future sessions. Clients that have arranged recurring sessions risk losing their time slot if the late cancel fee is not paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can go to our website to browse tutor bios and then you can schedule a session by contacting tutors via email or using their self booking online scheduler.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of accomplished tutors are experienced educators with a passion for teaching. A majority of our tutors are currently in teaching positions and have attained a Bachelor's degree, some have the added distinction of holding a Masters degree and some tutors are currently pursuing their Bachelors degree.
