Technician is experienced. Had to install twice because first one was of different design but they installed the correct one on their cost. Plus, completed a day later than the date given. That’s why I gave 4 stars. Price wise, I didn’t compare the price with any other firms so I don’t know if it’s cheaper or not.

So nice to see a business that lives up to its advertising! Prompt, courteous, professional and good! I got my free estimate, and they were able to do the work right away as soon as I approved the quote. I thought I was going to have to buy a new garage door and instead, it was repaired, and a new opener installed in record time.
I will definitely call them the next time I have any garage door issues!

Excellent and timely service! I was given a time-frame and name of technician upon calling the main office. Dan showed up to my S. Natomas home at the beginning of the time-frame given, explained things clearly, replaced the garage door opener, springs, cables, brackets, keypad all in one visit. He was professional, courteous and a hard worker. Give them a call!

This is way over due! However, I haven't forgotten what great service we recieved from this company. Our spring broke on Memorial Day andEmmanuel showed up first thing in the morning to assess the situation. Although he could fix the spring the top two panels had a crease in it. We opted to replace the both Garage Doors which was on our home improvement list. It came a little earlier than planned. But the cost of this beautiful insulated doors came with brand new springs attachment and they even replaced the tracks which was a pleasant surprise. I couldn't believe how quiet my doors are to open now! I had done my homework and checked with other companies but Garage Door Express won my business with his honest and prompt response to our needs.
Thank you for our new beautiful doors! We love it!!
