- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We begin with a conversation to understand the customer's concerns, previous experiences with termites, and any visible signs of infestation. Thorough Inspection: We conduct a detailed inspection of the property, looking for signs of termite activity, such as mud tubes, wood damage, and droppings. We also assess the surrounding environment for conditions that may attract termites. Identification and Assessment: After the inspection, we identify the type of termites present (e.g., subterranean, drywood) and evaluate the severity of the infestation. This helps in formulating an effective treatment plan. Customized Treatment Plan: We present a tailored treatment plan, explaining the methods to be used and the timeline for implementation. We also discuss any necessary preparations the customer may need to undertake. Treatment Implementation: Upon agreement, we carry out the treatment as planned, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s daily routine. We also provide safety information regarding the treatment products used. Prevention and Maintenance: We educate the customer on preventive measures to protect their property from future infestations and discuss ongoing monitoring options, such as regular annual inspections. Ongoing Communication: We maintain an open line of communication for any questions or concerns and provide support for any future pest management needs. This structured approach ensures thoroughness and builds trust, ultimately leading to effective termite management for the customer.
