I had Cert-A-Roof come out to do a roofinspection and get a roof certification for a home in Colton that we had in escrow. The inspector Sedi arrived before the appointment time, took time to show me the evidence of leaks and explained everything very well. He even helped with some other issues that I needed help with. He had the report to me that afternoon. Even though we weren't able to get the roof certification right away due to leaks and necessary repairs, I definitely will use Cert-A-Roof again and would recommend you give them a call. - Huntington Beach

Cert-a-Roof is a great company to work with and their staff was very courteous. My wife and I needed an inspection done quickly on our roof after our primary inspector told us he would not walk on it since the roof looked old and suspect. They sent PJ out to take a look and he was very nice and explained not only his process, but also what he recommended to be done. When buying a home, the last thing you want to hear is that you need a new roof, but with PJ's thorough report we were able to get most of the cost recovered by the sellers. We have not closed escrow yet, but I wanted to get on here quickly to spread what a great job they did. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with these professionals. They came to repair a roof leak/broken tiles, and drywall repair. We had this repair done by another company before but it wasn't done right and the roof kept leaking. These guys were extremely professional throughout. Received a nice detailed proposal to start and the scheduling of work to accommodate my calendar was a nice accommodation. 5 year guaranteed work. Nice!

Updated review on 4/15/18:After hearing about my complaint I was put in contact with the owner, Les, and we had a lengthy discussion about the issue. I was informed that the estimator I had spoke with on the phone was terminated and that he'd like the opportunity to make things right. Les and his son Paul were super accommodating and met me at the house in Ontario at 5pm, even though those two are primarily based in Orange County. For any of you not familiar with the area this meant they would be fighting over an hour and a half of traffic to/from the house. When I met them both Les and Paul were very professional. They provided great insight into what repairs would be necessary and provided a fully detailed quote within 24 hrs of our meeting. My wife and I are in the process of dealing with a poor installation from a previous company and if they aren't going to fix it properly we're 100% going to give our business to Les/Paul/Cert-A-Roof. ----------------------------------------------Original review from 3/28/18:I would highly recommend staying AWAY from this company. I Called and scheduled an appointment on 3/27 for a roofinspection on 3/28 at 10am. Email confirmation was received regarding the appointment. At 935am on 3/28 I received a phone call from someone at the company asking if we still wanted the inspection. I said yes we need someone to walk through and put eyes on the project because it might not be a simple one. This person on the phone confirmed they would be heading to our house to do the walk through. A reminder email came through regarding the appointment at 945am on 3/28. At 1020am when no one had shown up I called back the number that contacted me at 935am and he informed me that he would not be showing up because the job "probably isn't something my boss would be interested in". Absolutely classless actions by this company. My wife wasted her morning and had we known the inspector was going to be a no show we could have used that time for an actually reputable company.

All our Roof Inspectors are certified by NRCIA - the National Roof Certification & Inspection Association, that provides the best training, certification and ongoing development in the roofing industry. Our Inspectors are required to get their certifications renewed each year and undergo the latest training.
