- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package pricing CAN vary depending on clients goals, methods and weekly sessions. That being said, I offer standard training sessions for $45.00 per person- which include not only the physical training regiment but also nutritional guidance and support for your journey!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to talk with my clients over the phone so that I can determine what their goals are and get to know them better. From there, we'll schedule a (free) fitness orientation (This session is a value at an hour and 15 minutes with no cost to you, so that we can work together to better understand your specific needs). Together we'll determine which regiment or plan best suits you and schedule your first (free) fitness workout! With your new fitness plan under-way I'll also provide you with contact resources as well as nutritional resources to help make things easy. We also feature an exclusive application for your smartphone or tablet that will allow you to track your progress, stay in contact with me AND provide resources and motivation on your new path of fitness!

Ongoing Training and Support We will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
