- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, I was the go to person for friends seeking advice on workouts and training. Realizing how rewarding it was to help others grow stronger and more confident, I decided to turn that passion into a career. Now, as a personal trainer, I use my athletic background to guide others on their fitness journeys, helping them reach their goals and transform their lives.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking to hire a personal trainer, I’d recommend choosing someone who really takes the time to understand your specific goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Look for a trainer who designs programs tailored to your needs rather than relying on a generic approach. Make sure they’re certified and have solid experience, as this shows they know how to train safely and effectively. Finally, choose someone you feel comfortable with—having a trainer who supports you, motivates you, and truly cares about your progress can make all the difference in reaching your goals.
