we have a 10% discount for the first time with our company, and 15% for seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a meeting with the customer at a time that is convenient for him, then we send a professional technician and check all the problems at the door and make sure we didn't miss anything. Then we give the customer several options to solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the family's company for 6 years, I went through professional training, then I learned business management, and thus I decided to start my own company.
