I had the opportunity to work with CertaPro Painters of Orange County. When they finished with my patio cover, I looked at it for the first time and compared it with the before picture, I was completely blown away.My patio cover looks Brand NEW!!!I know sometimes it could be difficult to find good honest workers that do painting the right way (prep phase, primer phase, painting, phase). I've dealt with another company that completely skipped the prep phase and my patio cover did not even last the first rain storm (paint chips were all over the patio).When CertaPro Painters of Orange County finished painting my patio cover they knocked it out of the charts in all categories (Always on time, excellent professional and meticulous in the work that they did and it was as if they were painting their own patio cover.I used to have an excellent painter that did my Brea house, my Yorba Linda house but eventually retired.I consider myself very fortunate to find a great company like CertaPro Painters of Orange County.If I ever need painter for my house or any work done like this again, I know exactly who to call.Thank you soooo much Xavier Ochoa, you and your team truly are magicians.I just have to give you twice the stars on this rating because of the amazing job you did for me

Needed to paint upstairs bedrooms to get rid of outdated accent walls and touch up baseboards and stair railings. Also some out door stucco patch and repair. Chucks estimate was fair and George did great work. Very careful about keeping floors clean. It took longer than estimated 4 days rather than 2.5 because George lost his partner to an emergency. I would engage CertaPro again.

This was a great experience. They painters were here for five days with the foreman on time -they completed everything that was necessary. Did a fantastic job i received compliments from other neighbors on the street for their work. They did everything in a timely manner. They were respectful and everything was cleaned up when they were completed with their job, and Id highly recommend them For the excellent job painting my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for each project as everyone is a little different. Our formula is pretty simple. We measure the size and scope of the project and determine exactly how many labor hours it will take and how much paint so are pricing is right on!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with the initial request for work from a customer. We will spend 30-60 minutes doing a detailed estimate for the customer with and leave a comprehensive price quote with you when we leave. All of our pricing is in writing and work is guaranteed for two years following completion of the project. If you are not at the property, no problem, we can likely do estimate with pictures and/or videos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CertaPro Painters it the largest National Painting company with over 300 locations in the United States and Canada. All of our painters are employees (not subcontractors) and have at least 10+ years in their specific trade and/or field.
