- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At All Pro we strongly believe in our core focus and core values. Our core focus is to provide quality service, options and solutions to our customers. When a customer calls us we are available 24/7 to speak to a live person to provide you with excellent customer service. Upon our technicians arrival our mission is provide you with quality options to get your problem solved. We understand that a Plumbing, Heating or Air conditioning problem is unexpected. Before we leave your home we will educate you on your system to help you understand how to prevent further problems and minimize downtime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees go through weekly training to stay on top of our industry. Our Call Center staff is put through Call Center School in order to provide our customers with a memorable experience and excellent customer service. We are available 24/7 to speak with a real live person, not a recording. Our technicians go through training courses from customer service, to technical training. We strongly believe that when we send a technician to your home, we are there to get your Problem Solved. To ensure this, our technicians go through weekly training that allows them to stay on top of manufacturers troubleshooting guidelines.
