Introduction
I specialize in solving problems whether they're easy or not. I have decades of technology experience. I love surprising customers with how much faster and smoother their computer runs after I tune it up. I want it to run so well they'll tell their family, friends, and neighbors, so I get referral business :)

Computers 4 Less is the best PC repair company I've used. Doug is hands down dedicated to customer service and a successful outcome. I've had computer emergencies four times in the last 2 years and Doug has never failed to fix the problem in a timely manner. He is patient and thorough. He will work the problem until he figures it out without charging extra fees for his time. He always answers the phone and makes house calls at a very reasonable price. Doug has saved me more than once with a couple of days turn around because I needed my computers for work. I won't trust my computer repairs with anyone else. I highly recommend Computers 4 Less for price, value, and GREAT customer service. You'll be happy you called him.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common jobs are: removing viruses, repairing windows, and restoring precious photos and documents that a virus or windows breakdown has made it impossible for my client to get to. I love exceeding my clients expectations so I get rave reviews to everyone they refer me too.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Beware providers quoting an unbelievably low price. Either they don't plan to take the time to do a complete job, or they plan to bait you with a lowball price then nickle and dime you with surprise charges. If they can't give you a range of best case, worst case charges, hang up and call me. I can usually guestimate not only what's probably wrong from what you tell me on the phone, but also what the labor and parts are likely to cost. You might not like the truth, but its better than some shops that lie on the low side then demand super high prices once your machine is torn apart on the bench, or even worse they didn't even finish repairing, so they can act surprised when you have to bring it back. I tell you the truth, charge reasonable prices that I quote you up front, and get your computer running great again :)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Computer repair is full of rip off artists. If they don't have licenses or any address, find someone who does. And of course, if it sounds too good to be true, be suspicious.
