What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now it’s only $99 for a single story home. Gutters run about $1 a linear foot. Roof scrub is .25 a square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will schedule a time that the customer is ok with and I’ll try my hardest to accommodate that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of solar panel cleaning. I would do it on weekends and evenings as my second job.
