Introduction

I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years and teaching since 2007. I've been privileged to learn from some of the most prominent yoga teachers in the West, including Erich Schiffmann and Donna Farhi, and I spent seven months in India studying under TKV Desikachar, the renowned pioneer of yoga therapy. His insistence on individualized yoga practice continues to inspire and inform my teaching style. In 2022 I founded Delve, a mobile studio dedicated to “soulful yoga in singular spaces.” We hold public classes and workshops at Cococabana, a rooftop bar in the heart of Oceanside, and other remarkable settings. We also offer private classes for individuals and groups. I am also a professional writer with a specialty in wellness topics. My work has appeared in Yoga International, Yoga Journal, and countless other publications.

Anna was sooooo great!! She was involved in helping us set up our first yoga session at our pickleball retreats. She brought mats and blocks for all of our clients! The yoga session was great too! As a beginner to yoga, I absolutely love this experience. Being outside on a rooftop bar or in the Oceanside Museum of Art, the setting really makes the yoga experience magical. The instructors are amazing!! Will definitely be doing this many more times!!
