We offer competitive pricing and will not make the customer responsible for overages on an insurance claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or written consult followed with an in person visit to properly assess damage & provide quote. Move forward with work depending on if insurance is involved or not, if so contact adjuster and make sure approvals are in place before demo work is started
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years working in the industry. Working as an adjuster at Nationwide. Working at one of the biggest restoration companies in the world as there head of the water department and eventually as a project manager. The owner worked from the ground up and has worked many different positions in industry and is very well versed. He’s personally certified by the IICRC and the business is also certified.
