Introduction
I have passion to see other succeeds and for me to help them along there journey. Typical lesson starts with a 10-minute warm up. After this it is based on what the client wants to improve on for each client it is different. I focus on how can we get to the level you are looking to be at and how can we improve from there? A session is typically hour to hour and half long. It just depends on the flow of the training. My main goal is for person who I am training to achieves their goals, so I usually extend the session or work with the person on the price.

As a D1 student-athlete in the Mountain West conference, Diego has helped me get better at certain work-ons of my choice including shooting placement, technical work, defensive positioning, etc. While training in the summer with him before going back to school, I felt well-prepared for the rigidity of preseason. Diego manages to keep trainings intense but also very fun and enjoyable! Highly highly recommend.

Diego had been great! He has been helping my 8 year old son to build confidence and adjust to the challenges of advancing in flights. My son enjoys going to his training sessions and looks forward to them every week. Diego is always kind and professional and flexible with various schedules. He comes prepared with a session tailored to my son’s particular challenges and areas of strengthening and offers insight and drills to work on at home. Highly recommended!
