Rad Swimming

I teach all levels of swimming both children and adults. I will find out what your strengths and weaknesses are as well as what you would like to achieve and I can help you with just getting comfortable in the water to getting ready to be an Olympic swimmer. I can show and teach all strokes, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. I can teach you the most important strokes in long and short distance races as well as how to win those races. I enjoy teaching people how to swim and save themselves if they are ever in an accident involving water. Everyone should know how to swim with most drownings being preventable. I was a freestyle sprinter swimmer as well as long distance swimmer on my swim team for approximately 13 years. I also swam in college and I was an alternate on the relay race in the Summer 2000 Olympics. I was stationed in Alaska and Hawaii in the U.S. Coast guard and was required to be an expert swimmer that could drop from helicopters in choppy water and swim from island to island saving lives and helping people overcome their fear of the water.
