I've been coaching and teaching for 25 years, it's been a life-long dedication to helping others. We start, we ramp and then we fly! I will determine a plan WITH you to adhere and keep you on track. I specialize in mobility, strength and balance training; through the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates. And as a later-blooming surfer, more than ever I also believe in functional strength training with TRX, Bulgarian Bags and free weights for its tremendous help in injury prevention and performance. We will implement these tools and we see fit. My purpose is to empower you with confidence and education. I completed yoga alliance 500-hour in 2007 and NAASM in 2009. I continued my education as a trainer and group fitness instructor at Equinox Fitness Clubs. I eventually became the manager of San Francisco Equinox heading up development of instructors. Over the years, I've worked with amazing people who all desire the basic human need=to feel good. Every experience is unique and I am blessed to be a part of many fitness successes through my career. I am on my own now, and expanding my work to virtual as well as a studio at my house. I can come to you, too if located nearby. It's efficient and effective. My daughter developed bad posture since working at her computer during Covid. Jayme picked simple exercises that my daughter learned quickly and we didn’t need any equipment. I learned and worked out next to her to keep her motivated and improved my posture as well. We are so grateful! Jayme was fun, easy to talk to and enthusiastic. She is the best!

My husband and I have been taking private ZOOM classes with Jayme Boyle for the past two years. Our experience with Jayme has been wonderful. She adapts the workouts to each of us, and makes changes to our routines depending on individual needs. She also has introduced us to Pilates which has resulted in amazing improvements to our balance, flexibility and strength. We have no hesitation in recommending her and consider her knowledge and experience way above any of our past trainers.

I've had regular stretch sessions with Jayme, and it's been very helpful in reducing my chronic post-workout muscle pain! This has allowed me to workout more frequently with less injury. She's very professional, and monitors my discomfort level so that maximum benefit is achieved, but not to a level that's intolerable.

I've had slight aches and pains from my daily activities but after working regularly with Jayme, my energy level and how my body feels are better than ever. She understood what I wanted to accomplish, helped me set realistic goals and worked along with me so that I was able to see the progressions. My overall health has vastly improved along with my fitness level. This fitness program has been so successful that it has become part of my weekly routine.
