Introduction
Organized and professional. We take the time to focus on quality training with a curriculum! While getting in great shape you can learn the ins and outs of striking. That includes boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, etc. I’ve been training for 8 years and put so much love into what I do! I take pride in training each and everyone one of my clients! I can train all levels from someone who knows nothing to someone who has experience in the industry!

I’ve worked with Coach Josh several times and he’s awesome! As an active fighter and coach, you can tell that martial arts is his passion & calling.
I’m a beginner and I’m mainly using boxing for fitness, but it’s a huge benefit to know I’m also learning real technique, and not just hitting the bag the whole session.
I meet him at a gym for our sessions, and we usually have the whole place to ourselves.
